    I want to learn about Blogging in general -- I come here with zero knowledge about blogging, let alone what it can be used for in education!! I would like to use it in my classroom to entice the students with more technology and the like of projects.

  • We have a new language lab at our school and I am looking fo ways to use it. I teach German and would like a new alternative for the kids. They love and understand computers and are extremely social! This seemed to be a good choice for them.

    be about any topic
    specific to subject matter and some have multiple topics
    some added links incorporated
    responding to prompts
    some blogs encourage direct responses, others were blogger statements w/o feedback
    diary
    newsletters
    travel journal telling about day and parents could access this info
    classroom discussion on a topic
    student interest links(personal)
    user friendly
